Synergetic Solutions Report
Every business must encounter and adapt to change at some point during its lifetime. The following report analyzes the effects of an evolving organization through a virtual simulation. Redesign the work environment and organization structure to move from the present departmental structure to the new team-based structure.
2. Develop new HR policies and programs to help employees make the transition.
3. Upgrade current employee skill set and/or hire new employees with relevant skills.
When reviewing the above implications, it appears that much of the change will be internal within this organization. The directives provided by the CEO are measured internally, although the end result of the business’s overall success is external. By focusing on the internal health and well-being of the organization the foundation for success begins.
LeadershForces of Change
All change is driven by force. Those driving forces could be internal or external. There are many driving forces of change for Synergetic Solutions Inc.
The external driving forces of change can be found in the objectives of the company CEO.
1. Raise revenues to 80% of total sales.
2. Acquiring an order worth $1.2 million for designing a network.
3. Additional orders worth $5 million in the pipeline.
All of these factors are external and focused on the bottom line: revenue. Money coming in means greater success and more opportunity for the business overall.
The internal driving forces of change evolve due to the revenue objectives of the company CEO and will ultimately affect whether or not those goals are met.
1. Increase employee involvement in productivity.
2. Reduce employee absenteeism.
3. Smooth transition from individual employee mindset to new team objectives.
All of these factors are internal and will require major focus in order to maximize employee “buy in” to the new regime, as well as minimize employee resistance to change. Company leaders will have to find that balance between creating a culture of organizational change with employee cooperation and increasing the bottom line.

Synergetic Solutions Inc needs a change model that will allow the organization to grow from within in order to maximize productivity to greater improve that bottom line. Most change models follow the classic Lewin’s three step theory. This change model begins with unfreezing the status quo, moving from within by implementing the actual change, and then refreezing once success has been found in order to continue that new found success. The process implemented in the virtual simulation with Synergetic Solutions followed this theory of change. Within this theory communication is vital to move from one stage to another. ...
