In this case study we have delivered a detail investigation on these approaches, challenges and how to overwhelm it.
It is also projected that polycentric approach is the suitable approach for TATUA which includes recruiting staffs from India itself which will act as an additional benefit in starting the plant in that country. The motto of the polycentric approach is “when in the Rome, do as a Romans do.”
