I am writing you to help me with one of my employeeâ€™s computer it seem to have a virus and I donâ€™t have the slightest idea on how to repair this issue would you be so kind as to help resolve this issue please? I have asked the employee what steps were taken before he noticed the computer was not responding as quickly before the prompt appeared on the screen and the computer appeared to be having a slower than average start I am positive the computer has a virus and needs to be handled by a professional that is why I thought of your computer repair and maintenance department to further assist us with this issue.
