For many people, the details about alcoholism are not really clear. What is alcoholism exactly? Alcoholism is a disease in which a person cannot control their excessive use of alcoholic drinks. How can you distinguish an alcoholic from a non alcoholic? There are many different ways you can notice and alcoholic by observing them. Alcoholism is an illness because it is addictive and uncontrollable. This disease has also been proven to have many different symptoms and genetic links. Alcoholism has led to many problems in the world and cannot yet be managed.

Intentionally drinking alcohol fast to feel good is also a sign of alcoholism. Symptoms like nausea and sweating because you don’t have a drink are also signs of alcoholism. All of these signs indicate that this specific person needs help by getting an alcoholism treatment.
Another cause for Alcoholism is by genetic traits. Researchers say that certain genetic factors may cause a person to be addicted to alcohol.
