Two People Two Problems with Behavior
Jamie and John are suffering from so many problems in life right now, they are overwhelmed and want to tune everyone out and be left alone. Jamie and John feel isolated even though they are doing this to themselves, they do not see any other option because they have reached their limit on dealing with stress and now they are just reacting. When life becomes unmanageable we should seek the help we need to be able to deal with things as they come and not be swallowed up with stress.

It would be good if Jamie spoke to a counselor at school so she could relieve some of the burden she is suffering by learning some good coping skills. At work Jamie could take a walk on her breaks with a coworker and reap the benefits of exercise and the social interaction of another person.
One thing that will make a big difference in Jamie’s life is getting enough sleep, this is the first thing she needs to work on, whether she talks to a doctor to try some sleep aids for a short while or leans some relaxation techniques she will greatly benefit from a more sleep. With Jamie being sleep deprived her problems seem bigger than they are because she can’t focus on a good plan or solution because her mind is occupied with just trying to stay awake. Getting enough sleep will allow her to have a better perspective and not see everything as so overwhelming.
