Human Resource Plan
In this section of the vendor management project the team will identify, describe and provide the overall roles and responsibilities of those who partake either internally or externally on the project.
The external resources that will interact with the project are as follows:
• Temp Agency
• Hardware Vendor
• Systems Vendor
• QA Support
The temp agency will be utilized to obtain three additional data entry personal that will be needed in order to migrate current data of the old system into the new system. The hardware vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all hardware and software is delivered within the specifications of the ordered hardware/software items. Update weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as indicated for the project risk plan and matrix plans. Provide support, research and training to the project team. The PM assistant role is to ensure all documented data is gathered and inputted into the project system in order to comply with the internal standards of the project. The PM assistant reports to the PM all issues and corrections for project scope overall. This resource is the second hand down for the PM. The engineer role will be to focus on the hardware installation, software installation, and testing off all components of the project. Engineers will work closely with the PM to ensure that the implementation of the hardware and software are tested within specifications.

• Write a 1,400- to 2,100-word project implementation plan for the individual project selected in Week 1, which will also be used for the final paper due in Week 5. Part 1 of the plan must include the following sections:

o Human Resources Plan: Complete the human resources plan for the project as defined in section 9.1.3 (Develop Human Resources Plan) in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This plan should include roles and responsibilities, a project organization chart, and a staffing management plan.

o Quality Management Plan: Complete the quality management plan as defined in section 8.1.3 (Plan Quality: Outputs) in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This plan should include the quality management plan for implementing the organization’s quality policy and the quality metrics.

o Procurement Plan: Complete the procurement plan as defined in section 12.1.3.1, titled Procurement Management Plan, in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This plan should identify the types of external resources that must be secured, the process for selecting and managing these external resources, and the metrics to evaluate the external resources.
