In analyzing my dimensions of behavior I find that I am The Go-Getter. I am less open and less indirect than most other Steadiness styles. Despite my somewhat indirect nature, I can be very direct in situations that are task-focused. Analysis:

After analyzing my dimensions of behavior, I tend to be The Pioneer. I am very motivated and enjoy completing tasks in an organized fashion. I am a fast thinker and able to handle situations that are under stressful conditions. I tend to focus more on the future that the past. Moving forward is a trait that has been success for my career growth.

Individual Predominate behavioral style

After analyzing my dimensions of behavior, I tend to be characterized as a Dominance Style. I tend to take charge and change processes with most tasks. I enjoy people a leader and accomplishing a task from start to finish. I have more respect for my self because I an able to speak my mind, instead of pretending. I tend to look more towards the future (big picture) instead of dwelling of the past and present.

Strengths:

My strengths are my ability to adapt to change and being independent.

Weaknesses:

My weakness is not thinking being I speak. I can definitely relate to the DISC Platinum Rule analysis. Reading about my behavior style is going to help with my future professional growth. Understanding that there are more people with the same type analysis can only strengthen my ability to be independent. Using this information on my personal analysis and business associates analysis can help me success in behavior areas that can help me succeed.

Analysis:

I learned that I am an interactive style. I seen a lot of what they stated within myself, although there are some things that I would rather not admit to. I am the type of person that loves to be sociably active and I love being around my friends when we go out, I am a little wild. I do love the attention of it all even though I hate to admit to it. It also states that I am more relationship oriented than task oriented and I am. I hate tasks that I have to do; I would rather do them when I want to rather than when I have to. Relationships are everything to me. My friend and family mean everything to me and I love them all very much.

I’m described as an Enthusiast, it states that my primary goal is to influence people and I know that it is true. I love it when I can get people to listen to me and understand my point of view.
