Although Canada is a new country and does not have a long history, Canadian health care system is one of the oldest health care systems in the world and dating back into 18th century. Canadian health care system is the system which makes lots of facility for patients. Nowadays, health care problem is one of the most important social problems in the world. Canada has a publicly funded Medicare system, with most services provide by the private sector. And each province has a little different service for patients but all provinces work under one ministry. Canadian government spends a lot of money to cover the Canadian health care system and tries to make this service better as much as possible to give service to patients and people .Government provides this cost and expense by using the tax and GDP to keep this system for public. The amount that Canadian government spends on health care system is too much and every year increases, by hearing the reports from the Canadian government and Canadian revenue the amount that spend on health care system has increased every year between” 1975 and 2009 from $ 39.7 billion to $137.3 billion or a more than doubling of per capita spending from $1.715 to $4089” ( CIHI p119).also in other report says that in 2009 dollars spending is expected to reach $183.1 billion and it is mean more than five percent increase over the pervious year or 5.452 $ per person. Most of this increase in health care system costs has been covered by public funds. One of third of this money goes to hospitals; it is meaning the greatest of this amount almost $ 51 billion, and the others money goes to pharmaceuticals around $30 billion and physicians around $26 billion. Most of clinics and hospitals care are delivered by publicly funded hospital in Canada and each of which are independent institutions incorporated under provincial corporation acts, are required by law to operate within their own budget.
