Para un grupo complemetarse tiene que tener algunas estrategias formadas, La integración del grupo es una muy importante. En este escrito vamos a destacar las técnicas más importantes para este desarrollo grupal y la composición del éxito como grupo. Comenzaremos con los elementos de una reunión de grupo colaborativa.
Son varios componentes o elementos que hacen que la integración grupal se lleve a cabo. Estos son muy importantes para que el grupo se complemente y llegue a su meta lo antes possible. Todos los integrantes del grupo deben tener un propósito común en el cual tengan la misma misión y el mismo enfoque para llegar a su meta. Hay también varias técnicas que facilitan la colaboración entre el grupo. Dicen que GSS combina la tecnología de la computadora, los procedimientos de las reuniones de grupo y las soluciones a los problemas que se enfrentan los a veces los grupos. Este sistema facilita las decisiones que tiene que hacer cada grupo para poder resolver cualquier tipo de problema en el grupo. Cuentan que también se puede utilizar para estructurar de una manera más eficiente los mensajes, las discusiones y desiciones de un grupo. Intenta hacer que el proceso de las reuniones en grupo sea uno más productivo para que así el grupo pueda tomar sus desiciones y que estan sean realizadas por el grupo completo y no porun individuo en particular. Según (Poole & Holmes, 1995) GSS tiene el potencial de promover eficientemente las desiciones , procesos y ayudar en agilizar el manejo de los trabajos para así el grupo poder llevar a cabo su objetivo y poder llegar a a realizar cometido y poder cumplir con su meta a perfección. Las tecnologías que pueden ayudar en estos tiempos ala colaboración de grupo son tales como; audio, videoconferencias, “audio delays” y “audio clippings”.
También hay otras colaboraciones que ayudan a resaltar el desempeño del grupo. Una de estas es la llamada mediación computarizada o “Computer-mediated collaboration”. Estas ayudan a que los miembros del grupo se enfoquen más en tener su trabajo hecho y no preocuparse tanto en sus aspectos sociales con el grupo. Ayuda al enfoque de cada individuo en realizar su trabajo y ayuda más a estos individuos del grupo que normalmente no participan tanto en el grupo pues se siemten más confiados en contribuir y comunicar sus pensamientos y opinions sin tener que comprometerse socialmente si así no lo desean.
