Zatswho, LLC is a new company that offers products that help children with their memory senses. This company is fairly new and was started by Trish Cooper and Carrie Schwinoff a mother-daughter duo. These women started this company with their work experience and educational experience backgrounds. 2. Suppose that Cooper and Schwinoff had approached you when they were launching Zatswho concerning the form of ownership they should use. Which form of ownership do you recommend they use. Why?
The form of ownership that I would tell Cooper and Schwinoff use is an Limited Liability Company (LLC). The reason why I chose for them to use an LLC as the form of ownership is because it gives you a tax and personal asset protection that is not afforded sole proprietors. A majority of small businesses fail within the first five years of opening. Protecting yourself as an LLC means that only your business assets are liable.
3. Work with a team of your classmates to brainstorm potential groups of people who make up Zatswho's target market.
Zatswho’s target market would be:
a) People that like to do crafts
b) Women between the ages of 30 – 50
4. Help Cooper and Schwinoff develop a guerrilla marketing strategy for Zatswho. Write a two-page memo to Cooper and Schwinoff that highlights the key points of your strategy and the reasoning behind each one.

SUBJECT: Developing a guerilla marketing strategy for Zatswho LLC
This guerilla based marketing strategy for Zatswho LLC, will help enable the company Zatswho, LLC to gain the customer based clientele that is needed to keep the business moving forward and keep the cost of advertising for the company down. By using this marketing strategy you will not only connect to clients that are in your area but you will get clients from all over the world.
1) Building a website for Zatswho, LLC
The reason why you would build a website for the company is that you will
be able to reach billions of people with your product. You will be able to
sell your product 24 hours a day, 7 days a week instead of the traditional
nine to five store hours.
2) Utilizing the Social Media
You can utilize social media such as FaceBook and Twitter to get your
products out there to potential clientele. When using FaceBook you would
purchase advertising space on the site. You will add money to an account
that Facebook will give you and every time someone clicks on your ad
it will deduct a certain amount of money from what you have in your
account. When you run out you just add more money to your account to
keep the ad active on their site. Now, with Twitter, what you would do is
type up an add utilizing the company logo (the ad has to be under 140
characters) and send it. When you send it to your followers your followers
